Annadhatha began its operations in 1994 as a proprietary concern i.e N Satyanarayana & Co., devoted to agricultural activity. The company was promoted by an agricultural professional (Farmer) Mr. N Satynarayana father of N Venkata Rao. The company’s operations began in the town of Amareswara Camp, Raichur District a home town of the promoter. Mr. N Satynarayana has developed the company for a period of twelve years before the second generation of the family. Mr. N Venkata Rao and Mrs. N. Lalitha Devi , the present directors took over operations of the company. N Satyanarayana & Co ., was converted into a public limited company as Annadhatha Agri Genetics International Limited on 16th March,2012.

Sri.Nemani Satyanarayana having more than 50 years experience in Agriculture Sector, he is our founder Promoter and has motivated our Company to succeed in this business. He is backbone of our company since its inception and has taken our Company to its current levels of stature and recognition with his experience and vision. His main vision is to Supply high quality planting material and ensure maximum possible yield.
Mr.Nemani Venkat Rao S/o. Mr. Satyanarayana Nemani known as “ANNADHATA VENKAT RAO” in Farmer & Dealers Level . He is one of our founder Promoters and has motivated our Company to succeed in this business. He has been the Managing Director of the Company since its inception and has taken our Company to its current levels of stature. His efforts towards growth and development have also ripened through introduction of high yielding varieties of hybrid seeds in agricultural crops like corn, sunflower, paddy, grain sorghum, bajra, cotton and other vegetable seeds. Through his encouragement of research and development activity for the seeds of various crops such as corn, sunflower, cotton, pearl millet, jowar and vegetables and hybrid paddy and bio-products and micronutrients, he has been able to diversify our Company’s portfolio. These steps have helped our Company establish a solid base in major parts of India. As a result of his unstinted efforts, our Company has been able to establish a presence in a wide array of markets and thereby extend our product reach to the core level of farmers. He is overall in charge of the activities of the Company. He has established a strong marketing network and sales management in our Company. He is involving in all Research & Development, Production, Manufacturing, Marketing, Accounts and Administration Activities
Nemani LALITHA DEVI, is another promoter director of the company, she manages the internal activities of the company as the financial matters of the company. She is the other spearhead of the company.
